AUDITION for FORTE

Welcome!! We’re so glad you’re applying for FORTE!

Audition instructions:

Please record a song that you feel demonstrates your overall playing well. Consult your teacher while preparing the audition and choosing a piece. It must be played completely from memory and should demonstrate appropriate technical proficiency as well as excellent posture, intonation, and musicianship. Accompaniment is optional.
Please show the student’s entire upper body and make sure that both hands are within the camera frame (landscape mode is preferred).
Upload the video and submit your link in the application form. The preferred method is a private YouTube video, but use whatever works for you.
We will get back to you as soon as possible! There is no fee to audition. If accepted, a $50 deposit is required to hold your place in the class, with the remaining amount due September 1st.
